SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT 
IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS

  1. Complete all of the purple & yellow highlighted work from the chart for each unit (see the tab with all the class worksheets & notes if you need a copy of these).
  2. Show Mrs.Kreibich the completed work.
  3. Schedule a time for your summative improvement - CANNOT be done in the library - must be done with Mrs.Kreibich (before school, Homeroom, Lunch, after school).
  4. Most summative assessment improvements will be test "corrections" to receive partial credit for points lost the first time.

Below are the requirements for each summative assessment - find the assessment you want to improve for what you need to do BEFORE you improve your assessment
  • If you want to re-take/improve your score, fill out the "Summative Assessment Improvement" sheet that are on the back table. 
  • Write the requirements below into the requirement check-list on the sheet and turn it into Mrs.K to be signed
